The next step in this labour of love, a 'travail de Bénédictin' as we say in French, is to join in the family effort by researching your own ascendancy and adding it to this collective research effort.
There are no fees to pay, no quotas to meet, and no worries about copyright etc. Each of us accepts and retains all the rights and responsibility for the information we add to BARIL.ORG, usually in the form of a set of personal web pages of our own.
In fact, most of the rest of the information on this web site consists of simple links to the personal pages of other Barils. For those of us who got here before you, it is simply the warmest possible companionship and correspondence available to keep us going as we fill in the gaps in our own story.
